MERRILEE BOYACK, is a busy woman who loves both ice cream and taking naps when she can. She is an estate planning attorney who conducts a busy law practice from her home.

She graduated with High Honors from Brigham Young University with a degree in Business Management—Finance and was a summa cum laude graduate from University of Santa Clara Law School.

Boyack is also a professional lecturer, featured at BYU Education Week, and is a published writer with six books published. She has four sons and a fabulous, supportive husband.

She served on the Board of Directors and as Vice President for the Boy Scout Desert Pacific Council, as a PTA officer and President for several years. She served as President of the local chapter of Mothers Without Borders and as a National Board member, as Community Chairman of the Boys and Girls Club of Poway, a member of the Rotary Club of Poway and is a Poway Chamber of Commerce member, and is involved in many community service activities.

She received the BYU Alumni Association Community Service Award and the CA State PTA Council and Unit Honorary Service Award.

Her interests include reading, camping, talking, eating out and riding her motorcycle. Her favorite kitchen appliance is a telephone. She has lectured throughout the country, combining lots of humor with an informative style.

Merrilee Boyack is an estate planning attorney and conducts her law practice from her home. Her husband, Steve, is a computer software technical area manager and also works at home. Even with both working at home, Steve and Merrilee have had a great marriage of 26 years! They have four sons: Connor, 25, a Web Designer in Salt Lake C ity, Brennan, 21, attending UVSC, Parker, 18, a Senior at Poway High School, and Tanner, 16, a Sophomore at Poway High School. Merrilee enjoys camping, skiing, and hiking with her family. She also loves to read and ride her motorcycle in her "spare time"!
